INSTRUCTIONS

Project 1

For this project, I need to choose a video based on Pasta Grannies YouTube for infographic poster design.

I chose to make flatbreads called crescentine.

• I analyzed the video and summarized the materials needed.

400g 0 and 100g flour 

8g fresh yeast, dissolved in a little tepid water 

1 full tablespoon of olive oil 

1 tablespoon cream 

150ml (approx) fresh whole milk

 The fillings can be what you like, but lardo, salume, or cheese (soft, stretchy or crumbly) are popular.

Modification

In class, Mr. Hamimi gave me advice on my infographic, my title word capitalization is wrong, I need to revise it again. In the tableware part, my layout was messy and not arranged in a regular way, so I needed to organize them neatly. I made a title, how to place the top, arranged and combined the food part, and modified and ordered the indicator lines in a regular way.

The title is wrong, the layout of the recipe is irregular, and the layout needs to be arranged neatly.

REFLECTION

In this task, we make a poster based on the information extracted from the video. At first, I did not have a clear understanding of the video content, but Mr.Shamsul reminded me how to get the information. I successfully completed the poster, which was a successful design for me, and I showed the information completely. I used very few elements in this design, so my picture is very clean. I learned that a simple picture makes it easier to convey information.
